Users were struggling to navigate the process of browsing, comparing, and initiating accommodation swaps. The existing flow required too many steps, and the mobile experience lacked fluidity.
Main UX challenges:
Create a seamless and intuitive interface for swapping listings
Design consistent experiences across both web and mobile
Simplify user onboarding and listing creation
Enable real-time previews of listings and chats without disrupting the flow
